1. Orders are shipped within 5 working days from the day of receipt of payment.

 

2. Goods are shipped via the Italian Post (Poste Italiane) and the courier company chosen by the customer.

 

3. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the goods and the selected shipping method. The total cost of goods and shipping is given to the customer when placing an order.

5. Costs related to delivery and method of payment are displayed before the customer makes an offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

 

6. The exact date of shipment is given in the email confirming acceptance of the order. Orders containing one or more pre-order items are processed within 7 business days from their release date. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. If the expected lead time is extended, the customer will be informed immediately.

 

7. The seller is not responsible for non-delivery of goods or delay in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the customer. The customer, receiving the shipment with the order, should check the condition of the package. In case of damage or violation of packaging, it is necessary, in the presence of a courier or postal worker, to draw up a damage report, which sent to the Store together with the complaint will facilitate its processing.
